Earth Day in short is the day we should appreciate the earth environment. To me every day is Earth Day as I always appreciate the environment. The core colour of YICO will also be green to show that we care for the environment. Very soon I will unveil the logo of YICO here.
Why should we appreciate the environment? Or shall I rephrase it to why should we not appreciate the environment. From a common sense point of view, appreciating the environment has more benefits compared to not appreciating the environment. Don't you think so? By caring for the environment we will have fresher air, clear skies, less sickness and in short a clean environment. In contrast if we do not care for the environment, I think you should know what will happen. Global warming is already taking place. If we still are ignorant of it then tell me how are we going to live happily ever after like in the fairy tales.
One of the core objectives of YICO is preserving the environment. Let me just clarify that YICO does not just focus on one objective and just one area of charity. We will have various departments established in the near future for various kind of charity. No doubt, environment preserving will be one of our core departments.
Back to topic, you do not need to take a big step to care for the environment. A small and simple step like recycling will be a great start. More and more rubbish are produced every day and it is polluting the environment very badly. If only everyone in the world practice recycling our earth can be saved. So if you haven't start doing so please do so from today onwards. Recycle, Reduce, Reuse!
